5U (born in 2019) Price: C$100.00
6U (born in 2018) Price: C$150.00
7U (born in 2017) Price: C$175.00
8U (born in 2016) Price: C$215.00
9U (born in 2015) Price: C$215.00
11U (born in 2013 or 2014) Price: C$250.00
13U (born in 2011 or 2012) Price: C$275.00
15U (born in 2009 or 2010) Price: C$350.00
18U (born in 2006, 2007, 2008, or Aug-Dec 2005) Price: C$400.00
