Refund Policy

Richmond City Baseball Association has the following refund policies in place

  • REFUNDS are at the discretion of Richmond City Baseball.
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER FIRST GAME PLAYED / TRAINING SESSION ATTENDED
  • For cancellations by a player, a minimum 10% administration fee will be applied up a maximum of $25
  • Contact the Registrar by email at registrar@richmondcitybaseball.ca if you wish to be considered for a refund.
  • Registration and other fees will be refunded after the start of the division season. If a uniform deposit is required, cheques for uniform deposits will be returned or destroyed as requested by the customer.
