5U (born in 2018) Price: C$100.00
6U (born in 2017) Price: C$150.00
7U (born in 2016) Price: C$175.00
8U (born in 2015) Price: C$215.00
9U (born in 2014) Price: C$215.00
11U (born in 2012 or 2013) Price: C$250.00
13U (born in 2010 or 2011) Price: C$275.00
15U (born in 2008 or 2009) Price: C$350.00
18U (born in 2005, 2006, 2007, or Aug-Dec 2004) Price: C$400.00
